Aqua-Tech Recruitment are working with a leading engineering company who are looking for an Admin Assistant to join their expanding team, based in Stirling.
Main duties of the role will be:
• Answering calls and correspondences
• Ensuring deadlines are met
• Acting as a liaison between other professionals in the office
• Creating a general workflow
• Maintaining office supplies
• Reception duties when required
Skills required:
• Thorough attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Ability to work in a group and on their own
• Strong organisational skills
• Confidence in decision making
• Positive attitude for greeting clients
Although this is initially a temporary role for 6 months (minimum), it could lead to a permanent position in the company for the right candidate.
Rate is £10-12 ph depending on experience.
