Aqua-Tech Recruitment are working with a leading engineering company in the water industry who are looking for an Expeditor to join their expanding team, based in Throsk, Stirling (FK7).
Job Summary:
• Co-ordinating activities around planned maintenance follow on works, ensuring KPI’s and contractual SLA’s are met whilst delivering a consistently high level of service to all customers
• Assist the company in maintaining the highest possible standards of Health & Safety at Work and Quality, this in accordance with current legislation and policies laid down by the company
• Goods receipting and allocation of spares for up and coming work
• Supporting engineers with correct spares to reduce the amount of job installation/ repair failure and improve second time fix rate
• Working with Customer Service Teams to ensure the correct spares are order and selected
• Manage Storage of parts in warehouse and yard
• Assisting/sending customers Proof of Delivery Notes
Essential Duties/Principal Responsibilities:
• Accountable for the efficient organisation of service work
• Facilitate the flow parts from ordering through to delivery as quickly and efficiently as possible
• Working with the internal orders team to order parts and arrange the most appropriate delivery options for collection of parts
• Manage customer expectations and keep them updated on the progress of the job
• Schedule works once delivery dates have been confirmed
• Review and track all parts, ensuring that IT systems are kept updated
• Resolve any issues with delays in parts
• Look for the most efficient way to manage parts and decrease delivery times
• Answer Engineer queries from site with regards to job and customer requirements
• Ensure that the management team is made aware of problematic sites or possible customer complaints
• Warehouse Experience
• Forklift Experience

Required Qualifications:
• Experience in Customer Services within the Services sector
• A technical background in the engineering service sector
• Good written and verbal skills are essential together with commercial awareness and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Excellent IT Skills and be able to work different systems
• Stock management Experience
Preferred Qualifications:
• A qualification in Customer Service such as a NVQ Level 3 or higher/ equivalent level qualification
• Forklift Licence
This role is temp to perm, with a rate of £12 paye.
